When there are few MEN there aren’t going to be many women.
Also women do have souls and those souls are the equal of men.
One of the things Christianity did to free women was grow away from polygamy so that there was equality in spirit.
It is also significant that almost all churches have more women in them and, by necessity, they have to take leading roles. There they use their God-given intellects and devotion to pass on the Word of the Lord.
The difference in God-given roles between men and women does mean a difference in the value of each man and woman. Women are co-heirs of salvation the same as men and God values women as much as men.
But equality of value does not translate into equality of roles. Equality of roles in the name of equity of value is a modern-day confusion and lie.
