Native to the mountains of North Carolina, I don’t understand the importance of the Rio Grande other than its being a major pipeline for foreign illegals and heroin, both of which are killing people here. I voted for the wall ... BUILD THE WALL.
Water is precious in the west. The water is for cattle on both sides so a wall can’t do it but a mesh fence that is unclimbable would work especially if equipped with sensors, sirens, and cameras
