Two Bay Area tech executives are accused of filing false visa documents through a staffing agency in a scheme to illegally bring a pool of foreign tech workers into the United States.
An indictment from a federal grand jury unsealed on Friday accuses Jayavel Murugan, Dynasoft Synergys chief executive officer, and a 40-year-old Santa Clara man, Syed Nawaz, of fraudulently submitting H-1B applications in an effort to illegally obtain visas, according to Brian Stretch, U.S. attorney for the Northern District of California.
The men are charged with 26 counts of visa fraud, conspiracy to commit visa fraud, use of false documents, mail fraud and aggravated identity theft, according to prosecutors. Each charge can carry penalties of between two and 20 years in prison.
Murugan, 46, is co-owner of Dynasoft, an employment firm based in Fremont with an office in India, according to the indictment. Nawaz is believed to have worked for several Bay Area tech companies, including Cisco, Brocade Communications and Equinix.

H-1B Kill it!
I doubt any such firms are “legit.”
Death penalty
Anyone else think this was SOP under 0bozo?
Jayavel Murugan, Syed Nawaz...
Red blooded Americans, for sure....
Something else for the east-coast MSM to ignore.
Small Fry.
Go after Infosys and you will put 500 in prison.
Its been SOP since Clinton and maybe Bush 42.
50 years each...no parole
This is how it works:
“Hello, I’m with IndiaCheapLabor and I might have a job for you based on your LinkedIn posting”
“So tell me about it?”
“Well we are looking for someone very experienced like yourself for a 3 month contract at 30/hr.”
“Click”
“Senator...my company has searched and searched and can’t find qualified people for high tech jobs. We need H1b to keep our economy going”

PROSECUTE ex-USCIS head LEON RODRIGUEZ--mismanaging visa enforcement
REFERENCE---Obama's hand-picked henchman, USCIS' Leon Rodrigues, is rubber-stamping felons and diseased illegals into the country. Rodriguez also oversees the infamous EB-5 visa program. Under Obama/Rodrigues' purview---EB-5's are said to involve major threats to US national security:

Jayavel Murugan, Syed Nawaz... Red blooded Americans, for sure....
Exactly what I was going to post.
...”Two Bay Area tech executives are accused of filing false visa documents through a staffing agency in a scheme to illegally bring a pool of foreign tech workers into the United States”...article reads.
As if we didn’t know this was happening...and there are vastly more doing likewise.
Many of the refugee agencies are working hand in glove “illegally” to bring people here by forging documents etc.
Bottom line...setting up any agency involved with migration or immigration or visa’s is corrupt after Obamas 8 yrs. He saw to that...
Nice big fine would be a start to fund THE WALL.
From their names it appears they may have been importing muslim terrorists under the H1B program.
I have about 20 years in IT and I am beyond cynical. It was great for a while. Then it wasn’t.
Executives build their rep by shaving dollars off of their expenses and bringing in money. The company sees internal IT as solely an expense. At our height, we gave fantastic service but it was five of us running our asses off. When I got the axe, there were two.
The H-1B visa program is a form of economic terrorism perpetrated against the American tech sector worker.
When they go after Disney, Microsoft, Google, Tyson Foods I will pay attention.
