I disagree. This fiasco is on Ryan. Ryan wanted Trump isolated. Now Ryan is isolated. Remember the process to replace Boehner? Same process with Ryan but Trump is now in the driver’s seat.
It doesn’t matter what the Senate did Thursday. It’s a funding bill; it must start in the House.
Now it’s time to fire Comey and his top six assistants. Name Judge Napolitano FBI Director. Name Christie the top investigations leader; Giuliani leads the bureaucracy.
Put the Clintons in prison with Huma, Mills, Rice, Podesta, etc. Weiner skates because he turned in his computer, You know he’ll do it again. Some lifer will push a broken bottle inside him.
Now it’s time to fund patriotic conservative Republicans to primary the neverTrumpers.
Correct. And should insurances move freely between the states without obstructions? Insurances are services that are purchased, are they not?
Has everything to do with making commerce regular.
If we follow the narrow view, then no service or good is to move freely amoungst the states, indian tribes, or foriegn nations.
Is healthcare a interstate commerce service? Or is it now a state only commerce.

Conservatives and Republicans fight against this unconstitutional intrusive big government socialist crap, remember?

When did I miss this?! Outside of the platform that, 40 yrs. later, *STILL* calls for the abolition of the DoEd
TARP, DHS, NSA, Patriot Act, NCLB, do-nothing post 9/11, Par D expansion, “Read my lips”, exec. amnesty, “Dreamers”, 25+yr ‘budgets’, etc. How lasting was that partial-attempt known as the ‘Contract w/ America’?
That definition of insanity...
Trump was never going to go that far on healthcare.
>Trump was never going to go that far on healthcare.
Funny, I thought the President was still Constitutionally bound as well, or Congress over-riding his veto, or his word trumps (for lack of a better term) mine\yours\ours... Got to get mine updated.
When We the People have determined we’ve had enough, it won’t matter what Congress or D.C. says...
no, unfortunately I do not. I think Trump leans liberal. This is no chess game IMO
I’d have to research it further, but I think the SCOTUS ruled that an insurance policy is a state’s rights issue because it is a contract between you and the insurance company. (Not a “commerce” issue per se). YMMV
100%
Jim I agree with your analysis and recommendations and think President Trump would love to do as you recommend but he cannot because of the powers the constitution gives to Congress. And congress is a bunch of politicans who are not going to relinquish any power to the states or allow any president to make that happen.
The political establishment will never give up its power short of millions of pitchforks and torches marching on congress.
