Hummm, does make you wonder? A deal for the sake of a deal isnt really a deal worth having, is it? The Freedom Caucus was lying about the nature of the bill and deliberately went "for purity's sake!" on it, even though they know a full repeal would never pass the House, as proven Friday.

wouldn't it be best to put out simple bills like a one page Obama care repeal, then find out who would vote against it? Trump could have popularly used that to go after those who would vote against that. Hell, it could be a simple one sentence bill that almost ALL Americans and even most Democrats could understand.
How many pages is our wonderful Constitution? Why are things so much more complex these days?

Pissing on my shoe, but telling me it's raining is just insulting.
Maybe it was for purity sake, but most of the Freedom Caucus, and the Republicans in general, have been running on a platform of repeal the damn thing for 8 years and at least they are being true to what they believe got them elected.
