(CNSNews.com) - In 24 of the nations 50 states at least half of the babies born during the latest year on record had their births paid for by Medicaid, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation.

Crap- can someone read this sentence to me please?
Can I get back to ya? (10 minutes)
Whatever you subsidize you get more of.
the kids have all been on Medicaid since birth...
I do notice that if they have a runny nose she runs them to the doc right away...
I couldn't do that even with paid insurance, because it would have been irresponsible....
but if you pay nothing, it doesn't matter at all....
I can’t believe this. Usually # 4 and #3 are fighting for #1!
DInG DING DING DING DING!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bet at least 25% and in some states more than half!
“Wisconsin at 64%? Anyone know whats going on there?”
Sanctuary Cities: Madison and Milwaukee
Lots of illegals here for our Ag industry. Not sure why our (otherwise awesome) Governor won’t touch that, though it is very RARE that we have any problems (rapes, murders, drunk driving, etc.) with that populace.
They come here to work late summer through fall, then they head south again.
Idiocracy was supposed to be a comedy, not a documentary.
[[Can I get back to ya? (10 minutes)]]
huh?
The last time I looked it was called sex.
What’s disgustingly sad is that in 50% of the states, 50% of all babies born are born on Medicaid!!!
Also....in the lowest amount of Medicaid born babies....New Hampshire...the rate is still 27% of babies are born on Medicaid.
What percent of these numbers represent Medicaid expansion numbers/states, thanks to 0bamacare Medicaid expansions?
Total communism. Not fail to [people who pay taxes. This must end soon or the parasite will kill the host!!
Medicare/Medicaid will collapse the Federal budget in the next 8 years. Should be fun.

You think this bill would have fixed that?
Clearly, we need to fix it. This plan wasn’t the solution. It’s not the end of the road.
It was just surprising to see Wisconsin at #6 since it generally has higher educational levels and living standards than average, and no large minority populations outside of Milwaukee.
Went there on business twenty to thirty times during the 19080s and I’d bet this is a significant change since those years.
No, not at all. No Bill will fix it. Straight repeal of Obamacare will not fix it. Enforcing the laws against monopolies, trusts, and price-fixing by the healthcare industry will. Because that’s the only thing that will bring healthcare COSTS down.
Sex doesn't necessarily have anything to do with how the childbirth expense are paid.

Agree.
I believe part of the reason for out of control healthcare cost is government offering a blank check to pay the bill.
It’s sort of like what has happened with the skyrocketing cost of education. Government offers an almost blank check for so-called higher education. The colleges and universities know this and realize they can keep increasing the price and it will be covered. We’re paying for a lot to go that shouldn’t be going.
Just a snapshot of our future.
This is subsidizing generational poverty.
Common sense would require sterilization for anyone on long-term welfare.
The good part about this is that the total number of babies being born is going down so that is less freebie babies.
Same is happening here in Maine where the number has been dropping for the last 27 years.
