“Paul Ryan barely received an endorsement from Donald Trump”

Pure nonsense. Trump was all in on this. The Freedom Caucus helped Nancy Pelosi and gave Trump a defeat on his first major policy initiative. That’s why his first remark was “I learned a lot about loyalty”. That wasn’t directed at Ryan.

Why didn't Ryan put forth the 2015 Replace and Repeal Bill instead of his beloved RyanCare bill?

Trump was all in on this.

Balderdash. Fake news.

If the President was "all in" on this, then why did he issue an ultimatum for the House, demanding a vote today or he'd "move on"?

If he was truly "all in", he would have convinced them to keep negotiating and drag things on, desperate to put a different shade of lipstick on this pig of a bill.

Instead the President saw the writing on the wall, cut his losses, and what is the immediate fallout? They're already calling for a change in leadership in the House at the top.

The President rightly recognized that sometimes it's better to walk away from a bad deal, and, for his trouble, there's also a good chance that he can remove the obstructionist saboteur Paul Ryan from the board. If he was "all in" he wouldn't have been willing to walk away, and he wouldn't have forced Ryan's hand.

The bashers never miss an opportunity to second-guess this President, who continues to think several moves ahead of such knee-jerk "analysis"...

If Trump doesn’t recognize the conservatives standing on principle and begins to think they are his enemy he will find out about loyalty. Ryan and McWeasal will sell him out in the bat of an eye they have no principles except $$$.

The Freedom Caucus saved us from the tyranny of Paul RINOs RINOcare repair Bill! If RINO had have really wanted repeal, he would have gotten it done. He didn’t. He wanted ALL of the tentacles of 0bamacare to remain. He lied to EVERYONE about “this is the only way” and “Phase two” and “Phase three” that was never going to happen! Paul RINO is the failure here. But yes .. Trump was a fool to follow a guy whose wife is a Progressive DimocRAT D.C. lobbyist. Hopefully, he’s learned his lesson. And I don’t really fault Trump at this point; he’s not an ideologue nor a politician. He just wanted to get it done. But hopefully now, he’s learned his lesson and he’ll never trust Paul RINO and his merry band of DimocRATS (McCarthy, et al) in RINO clothing again.

The freedom caucus is the only thing that stands in the way of this country going down in bankruptcy under an enormous surge of personality cultists hell bent on making this about a singular President and his agenda be conservatism. See, we actually hear what promises are and what is thrown before us. We too actually read the junk they put into this. It’s lipstick on Obamacare.

Your issue isn’t with the freedom caucus. Just because you feel sour Nancy jumped to the mic in glee because it got struck down doesn’t make our President a loser. What does make him a loser is listening to his cheerleading cabinet led by the worm Mr. I’ve never accomplished a damn thing in my life rode others coat tails to relevancy Pubus. Sometimes it’s tough to tell our guy he was wrong because he actually was.

Trump was all in on this.

Have you considered that Trump may have feigned support for this bill, just to lead Ryan into the quicksand?

“The Freedom Caucus helped Nancy Pelosi “?
That’s crap.
The The Freedom Caucus helped defeat a horse crap replacement bill.
The feds have NO business forcing citizens to purchase any damned thing.
I went to school. Studied hard and worked hard my whole life.
And now the feds make me take my earned money and pay for crap like abortions and care for those who failed to do such?
Ryan and the GOPe are crap.
