>Last night on his eponymous Fox News program, Tucker Carlson interviewed David Moyse, an attorney hired to defend 18 year-old Henry Sanchez-Milian, who is in this country illegally, against a charge of rape against a 14 year old girl in a bathroom at a Rockville, MD, high school. Moyse is one of those youngish (in his 30s) lawyers who gets himself on lists of up-and-comers, like this one, and is a name partner in a criminal defense firm.
In going on TV to make the case for his client, Counselor Moyse found himself being cross-examined and saying something he soon had cause to regret. So far as I know, Tucker Carlson has never attended law school, but his questioning skills outpaced the experienced attorney’s ability to answer.

“Man, you better be right about this if you’re going to be impugning the character of a 14-year-old girl who says she was raped,” Carlson exclaimed. “Other people said they heard her screams. To impugn her character, you really before God better be sure that you are on the right side of this.”
Watch Moyse’s eyes, as he realizes that he has just admitted that as a matter of tactics, the victim would be put on trial for her character. And as the notion of putting his soul in jeopardy is broached.
“My only point to you,” the Fox News personality stated. “Have you thought through the moral consequences? I know you play a role and I’m glad that defense lawyers exist. But before you say something like that, do you think, ‘Man, I’m kind of putting my soul on the line a little bit?'”
The entire segment is worth watching:

Good question. Who is paying the attorneys?
That’s what I was wondering - ACLU, Soros, SPLC, etc?
Where are all feminists in their pink hats that scream about females being demeaned? Aren’t tbey interested in this 14 year old female that this attorney plans to destroy?
Excellent point!! Bears repeating.
Absolutely right ... my first question after this happened. Probably too busy plotting their next Trump protest.
Would it be ok to use the lawyer’s own definition of consent when I ask him for permission to hit him in the head with a two-by-four?
I understand the premise of innocent until proven guilty. I understand the need for legal representation when accused of a crime.
What I don’t understand is glory-seeking lawyers who rush to represent the scummiest of people while actual innocent people are often in need of legal aid.
I seem to recall an attorney who took a case representing one adult male and one teenager who brutally kidnapped and raped a young, underaged girl by attacking the evidence and the girl’s credibility, even though the attorney admitted her client was probably guilty.
Who was that attorney? And how did she turn out? Oh, that’s right, helping people around the world for their “charitable” donations to the Clinton foundation, and getting people killed by her reckless behavior.
David Moyse = Hillary Clinton
The scum-sucking attorney said that the father retained him.
If the illegals are, well, ILLEGAL, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to infer that the dad is too.
Otherwise, how would an American citizen have children that are illegal?
And I'd be VERY interested in who is paying this attorney as well.
It won't look so hot for whoever it is. ACLU, Soros, Media Matters, La Raza, etc.
Someone should find this out, pronto.
Get in THEIR faces and ask the questions: "WHY are YOU paying for the defense of illegal alien rapists?"
How OLD are these illegal "children?"
"Do you agree with Donald Trump that illegal aliens commit rapes in this country?"
"Do you suport keeping rapists out of the US?"
You’re right. Apparently, the child’s parents, and she is indeed a child, are getting criticized by the Left for being racist.
There is no depth to which Libs won’t sink.
I’d wager a fair amount we’ll eventually find Soros money paying for it.
The younger rapist’s father hired the lawyer. And I’d bet my next truck payment that Casa de Maryland is paying him.
They don’t know this happened, because their news sources haven’t told them about it.
