Another state comes to it's senses. This session of the NV legislature has SB307 out for permitless carry as well as an Assembly bill for the same thing. Doubtful either will make it to the Gov's desk but at least it's an attempt.

When the Governor signs this into law, according to SCOTUS ruling on State reciprocity of homosexual marriage, it will become accepted in the remaining 49 States. Or, so it should be.

Carrying a concealed weapon of any kind has been unlawful for a very long time. Maybe from common law times?
If you wanted a weapon you carried it openly. Hiding it implied you may be planning to do something evil with it, like rob someone.
