Well as I see it the basic problem is that California now thinks itself a country unto itself and doesn’t need to be led around by the other 49 and DC. Open rebellion appears to be the featured special this month.

He probably has a gaggle of high priced pro-bono open border lawyers who will obfuscate the case for as long as possible to tie up the court system. The judge will most likely be dumbfounded by their legal stature and let them make a circus of his courtroom.

The solution is to bring so many simultaneous cases, that the pool of immigration-activist lawyers can't keep up, and most defendants would have to make do with public defenders.

The SC found that Arizona could not enforce immigration laws because the Obama administration did not want them to. It is time for Trump to tell states that he wants them to enforce federal law. Arizona and Texas can then make it illegal to be illegal in their states. Self deportation will begin immediately.

I read somewhere last week that it was a couple million people in the LA area that were there illegally. Definitely a problem with harboring illegal aliens. Trump should put a bounty on them $100 each round them up alive unharmed.

Correct Pollster1, but are there enough ICEMEN to pull it off? I recall seeing that ICE was going to hire another 10,000 agents but getiing that done and getting them trained will take quite some time.

They have way more lawyers than anyone else including overworked prosecutors. IMHO, the solution is for judges to get a spine, clamp down on their courtroom theatrics, cite them for contempt of court and rule quickly against them. I don't know how we can get judges like that. Maybe a special training course?
