Donald Trump on Monday is scheduled to meet with Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, architect of Obamacare, as the president fights to replace the healthcare package with his own plan.
The president's meeting with Emanuel is also expected to include Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price and House Speaker Paul Ryan....
It marks the third time since the November election that Emanuel has met with Trump to discuss healthcare policy, the Post reported. In addition, he has discussed health issues with several of Trump's top advisers.....

I heard a discussion about this on one of the news broadcasts this week- very concerning!
Keep this up and the GOP will lose the House next year and the Senate and the presidency in 2020. Conservatives will not follow anyone down another blind alley.
This one if anything turns my stomach more than anything—as illegals having swarmed here, being allowed to stay, and then voting us into banana republic is as big a threat as we have right now. Certainly a big economic drag, too.
Why do they still want to consider the platform of ACA 2.0 ? Existing ACA is a fail platform beyond repair. A fresh start on health care definitely give a better comprehensive approach on fixing the bill. Trump is wasting his valuable time. That’s just my opinion.
And they get free health care while AMERICAN CITIZENS pay for it!

The reason Rino doesn’t repeal and replace on a separate Bill is keeping most of the ACA regulation intact, which most of the house refused to vote on it. Congress can repeals ACA bill first on a stand alone Bill, one it is passed, then Congress votes for replacement.
People need to understand that Ivanka and Jared are in their early to mid-30’s- hardly the proper age to be main advisers to the President of the United States. They are products of our very liberal, leftist universities and the very liberal New York City/New Jersey as previous life-long inhabitants of those places. They do not have the same perspective as the people that elected Donald Trump and they will be ruining his presidency very quickly if they are the ones behind some of these recent actions. I really admire Ivanka and Jared-they are very admirable young people. I think Donald Trump has too many people in his ear!

Yup!! It is VERY disturbing to me that DJT would have ANYTHING to do with people like Emmanuel, Gorelick,etc... I don’t care what the reason is!! People like them are our enemies!! I don’t know who is pushing him to meet with these people, I can guess (cough Ivanka/Kushner cough), but they had better knock it off!! I and many others did not vote for DJT, so he could play nice with these disgusting a-holes!!!!
I agree—though I don’t really know how much special admiration the children of billionaires get for their station or “accomplishments”.
They will be his his undoing, both by policy/advisors and ultimately the ethical impeachment route. Jared is said to be naive for the environment, and it sure looks like Trump was suckered by some naive advice re: keeping on Obama staffers, not holding Hillary and the Clinton Foundation to the law, not bringing in their own people as strongly and as quickly as they can (and claiming, gulp, that they don’t need them all!) I swear, they seem to think that running the US government—against the globalist deep state at that—isn’t much more than opening up a couple of golf courses and hotels.
I mean, taking ethical counsel from Gorelick? That says it all right there!
