Connecticut State Sen. Ted Kennedy Jr. (D-Branford) — son of former U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) — wants to give state government control over what happens to citizens’ organs after they die.
Kennedy recently introduced SB 750, which would automatically enroll Connecticut’s citizens in the organ donation program.

Not surprised. They think they own everything else already anyway.
Their weak excuse will be that you can opt out if you want.
But that’s not the problem.
The problem isn’t that you should be able to opt out of that but that the government has that kind of 1984 mindset to begin with.
It’s indicative of a far deeper problem than appears on the surface and that is the extremes to which the government will control you if it can get away with it and that they think they even have any say in something like that in the first place.
