The main plaintiff in the Hawaii case blocking President Trumps revised temporary travel ban is an imam with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
The irony is hard to miss: Trump has talked about declaring the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, and now it is a Brotherhood-backed imam who is playing a key role in blocking his executive order on immigration.
Imam Ismail Elshikh, 39, leads the largest mosque in Hawaii and claims he is suffering irreparable harm from the presidents executive order, which places a 90-day ban on travel to the U.S. from six countries.

I don’t have an answer to that.
I’m not a lawyer, but it appears the law has nothing to do with this.
Yes
This gives standing for Trump to build a refugee facility for those who got in because of order as close as physically possible to commie a hole judges house

Here are just a couple of small excerpts:
“TThe words judicial review do not appear in the U.S. Constitution. This was an invention of the Hamiltonian lawyer John Marshall when he was the chief justice of the U.S. Judicial review existed, but it was not considered to be any more important than executive branch review, congressional review, or the review of the constitutionality of federal laws by the people of the free and independent states. Perhaps the most famous example of this truth is how President Andrew Jackson responded to Marshalls personal opinion that a bank run by politicians out of the nations capital, primarily for the benefit of politically-connected private stockholders in the government-subsidized bank, was constitutional.”
and the final paragraph:
“If President Trump were to begin defying the left-wing lawereaucracy, beginning with the absurd and ridiculously worded ruling by Obamas Hawaiian pal, he would be in sync with the man he looks up to as his presidential role model, Andrew Jackson.”
I think it is coming. Enough is enough.
