Breaking: Trump’s Private Legal Team Weighing Case Against MSNBC and Reporter David Johnston

Donald Trump’s private legal team is weighing a case against MSNBC and reporter David Johnston for leaking his 2005 tax forms on television this week.

As reported earlier Rachel Maddow stepped on a rake earlier this week by releasing Trump’s 1040 tax return form from 2005.

Rachel’s attempted hit piece enlightened the country that President Trump paid millions in taxes; he paid a higher tax rate than Socialists Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders.

The Hill, which is no friend of President Trump, reported last night that what Rachel did may be illegal – “Disclosing a taxpayer’s information without consent IS ILLEGAL.”

LOL, Double win!!

Not only did the left embarrass themselves by making a big deal out of something that showed Trump paying a large amount of taxes.

But now Trump gets to sue them for invading his privacy.

You know the left is suffering from MSNBC spreading “Madcow” disease... so maybe they should be charged for creating a health hazard

I don’t think that the first amendment applies to releasing personal and private information to the public for political gains.

Just ask all of the actors whose “private” pictures were taken from “the cloud” were released to the public.

Actually, there is a greater expectation of security for financial documents. You expect the people who maintain the information to keep it secure — the IRS, the accountant.... Most people don’t even know that their phone saves their pictures on line and do they care?

Madcow doubled down last night, so.... some might consider that was a dare. MSNBC wants to play poker against a stacked deck. Silly rabbits.

So once again we get to see one of the smartest women in the world play stupid to avoid legal responsibility for his actions. Too funny.

Now that’s interesting.

The Supreme court held in the Pentagon Papers case that protecting “Classified information” was the responsibility of the FedGov, and reporters and news organizations could not be held criminally liable for publishing such information if it were to be given to them.

The law forbidding dissemination of tax returns may be different?!?!?! This may be like the law against child porn — having one picture is a federal offense.

Lefty Logic:

A woman tries to use the courts to get hold of Barry’s birth cert...to validate constitutional eligibility = lunatic.

A lesbian illegally obtains and displays Trump’s tax return (which has nothing to do with constitutional eligibility) = hero.

Sue him. Make him pay or find someone who will pay for him. Make his life as misearable as possible.

“But now Trump gets to sue them for invading his privacy.

Problem with this is that he would be open to being deposed which could open up a can of worms.

Better off if there was a criminal prosecution though he can’t actually order one (even though I have no doubt that Obama ordered his department of inJustice to do all kinds of things).
