The woman is not to blame for a man doing something that is wrong.
It is his moral violation. Period.
I say again, wouldn’t be a tape unless the female agrees (most times). This is a moral violation on both sides.
It is her moral violation (and his). Period.
Ain’t no one innocent here. . unless the tape was made without her consent.
