Rich Lieberman is reporting that Michael Savage was confronted and physically attacked Tuesday night after eating dinner at Servino’s Restaurant in Tiburon, CA. A man began yelling at Savage and making fun of his last name (Weiner is his legal last name). The report says the mugger kicked Savage’s dog then threw the syndicated talker to the ground. Lieberman says Savage was bloodied but not hurt seriously and the dog is OK.
In California, they might classify this as a mugging....but in New Jersey, mugging would have a totally different definition.

Stupid question. Savage needs a full time body guard, perhaps others need guards also.... Hannity, Levin Limbaugh.

A battery is a harmful or offensive touching. There’s a case where a man was prosecuted for assault after grabbing a plate from another man in a buffet line.
None of us would think of doing anything like this, so let’s call it what it is: another mugging by a violent left wing nut.

Level Red anytime a person had indicated their INDIVIDUAL threat possibility, by ANY inappropriate action. Strong hand is on weapon, although it is probably not displayed.
My safe personal “no-invade” space is out to 25 to 30 feet, and any car pacing me for more than a half mile or around two corners is automatically Orange. Any longer pace, 3/4 rear panel pace or 3 corners is moved to red.
And I WILL be alive tomorrow.
The guy was obviously mocking Savage's style of exaggerating vowel syllables to make fun of sensitive liberals, that might "hurt their feeeelings."
