There actually was nothing wrong with the first ban. The statue gives the President nearly unlimited discretion as to whom he chooses to allow to enter the country.

Why? The last judge to do this issued no reason. And to add insult to injury, the appeals route is through the 9th circus.
this cannot continue or we will lose this country..why cannot Jeff sessions over ride the judge..and just dictate to immigration it is the law of the land as presented by the president, all who fail to enforce it, fire..
we will be at civil war soon if this continues this way..very sad, but true..we are importing our enemies..send them all to Hawaii and keep them there..
What reasoning? The ass issued a 43 page ruling TWO HOURS after the hearing. The decision was made long ago.
The judge is political, not a true jurist.
They were nattering on before the ruling about how the ban would negatively impact the tourist business - you know all those Yemenis et al rushing to check out Hawaii.
