This is going to end up at the Supreme Court. Has that talking turtle scheduled confirmation hearings for Judge Gorsuch yet? What do those people in Congress do all damn day?

Trump's administration has the responsibility to ignore the ruling, since SCOTUS has the only authority in cases involving a state and the federal government; according to USConstitution.
Follow the actual/supreme law, Trump administration: do not enable lower federal courts jurisdiction, since they don't have it and you'd be breaking the law!!

I’ve wondered that myself. What *does* Congress do all day? What does Paul Ryan do when he gets to work, presumably in the morning?

Committee hearings have not even started yet. The first hearing is scheduled for next week and everything is being slow walked. I think a confirmation vote is probably weeks away at best. The borders are wide open and between the Senate and the Judiciary, they are going to stay that way unless Trump decides to neutralize or remove jurisdiction from the courts.

my question too.
R’s are in power in the Senate, House,l and White House, and yet where is the frigging GOP on getting this cabinet in, and this judge in.
