Ryan can only hold Wisconsin because of Madison liberals and Milwaukee. The rest of the state wouldn’t piss on him if he were on fire. Ryan is the disease of America’s political class.

I’m thinking President Trump is using Ryan to author a replacement to ObamaCare. Knowing that Ryan hates Trump and will never send a competent bill to the White House.
Hell, Trump knows (we all know) that a RyanCare bill will never make it pass the Senate.
So Trump has Ryan take the blame for a GOP failure to replace ObamaCare.
In the meantime - Cruz, Rand and others do the real work of blowing ObamaCare apart.
