People can opt out of the whole thing if they want. Taxes and the mandate are repealed. The antis will have to do better than this.

Taxes and the mandate are repealed. I read that the mandate has NOT been removed, only that the penalty for failure to maintain health insurance is reduced to $0, which any future Congress can raise.
