My denomination, the conservative Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, is not a member of the World Council of Churches. I don't believe the synod is participating in concert with the feds in resettlement programs in exchange for large sums of money. If anyone knows to the contrary, please ping me.

Leni, I’m a practicing Catholic, but if I were Protestant, I’d be a Missouri Synod Lutheran. (I can’t understand why any political conservatives in the ECLA haven’t left for the Missouri Synod by now.)

We’re definitely not a member of the World Council of Churches but the LCMS does support LIRS...not without controversy:

LCMS here, too. I was happy to see we are NOT a member.

ELCA is your leftist Lutheran organization. I call it an organization because it is no longer a church.
