I’m still searching in the US Constitution where any branch of government has the power to dictate healthcare plans to American citizens.

The penalty is paid to insurance companies to help compensate them for having to take people who wait until they are sick buy coverage. It’s the insurance companies who will be paying for their care.

Why do you think Trump called in Cruz and Lee, he saw that lying ryan was pulling a con job.

Now Trump needs to listen to some patients who have had to use the crap. And to Chronic Health Patients especially and the 1.33 Million Chronic Pain Patients, who have no cures for their health conditions, but pain meds.

The incestuous relationship between congress, FDA and Big Pharma needs broken up. Big Pharma needs to have the Stevens Act applied to it, Break their Monopolies. Doctors need to stop profiting from pushing certain highly expensive drugs, when older cheaper drugs work just as well if not better.

And a handle has to be gotten on the waste and fraud in Medicare, Medicaid, VA Care, WIC, food stamps, DSSI. And the LYING LSM has to be held accountable for false info they put out. HEROIN laced with fentanyl is the big OD problem. Not people who need pain meds and take them responsibly.

The $272 billion swindle

Boy, you got that right. PA, NJ and DEL have a bridge commission that was supposed to use tolls to pay for the bridges then stop. Then they came up with the idea that if they put it towards road and bridge maintenance it stays. At $5 a pop that comes to a heck of a lot of money! Problem is they give most of the money collected to liberal groups and causes. This is absolute BS! All the letter writing in the would can not change this...especially that bastard of a NJ governor we have who goes along with the libs.

My take on this is that Trump likely figures Ryno’s plan is DOA in the House not to mention the Senate so he’s just going along with it knowing it will fail. Or Trump has told Ryno he will not fight the healthcare bill if they move ahead with his tax plan.

if i get to a second reading (maybe next week), i’ll help you out. meanwhile, i encourage you to read the bill for yourself. the relevant sections will pop out at you. maybe you’ll see something i didn’t, maybe your interpretation of the same sections will be different. we really need to crowd source this.

well your lol comment sort of goaded me into doing the zero search myself to see if it would work. it did.

that popped up the IRS mandate sections:

some text:

SEC. l05. INDIVIDUAL MANDATE.
1
(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 5000A(c) of the Internal
2
Revenue Code of 1986 is amended—
3
(1) in paragraph (2)(B)(iii), by striking ‘‘2.5
4
percent’’ and inserting ‘‘Zero percent’’, and

hope this helps you.

The vast majority of critics of the bill have not read it. They depend on analysis from selected pundits and so-called authorities. The bottom line is that the GOP had better come together and develop a consensus on a plan or they will face carnage in 2018. The perfect is the enemy of the good. Compromise must be found or the GOP can commit political suicide.

The Dems never has this problem. They know how to govern even if they are in the minority.

You really can’t get out of that box, can you?

The election is over. President Trump is the president. There is no NeverTrump at this point.

And if you look at the proposed bill on teh merits, Dana is absolutely right about it.
