All part of Lawfare, same as practiced by the Palestinians in world courts.
Can’t win at the ballot box or on the battlefield, then tie them up in the courts with spurious law suits
We’re almost to the point where Trump tweets that federal district court judges are usurping the functions of the executive branch, and: “We’re going to start ignoring them. If the attorneys aren’t out of their offices by Monday 12:00, they will be escorted by security from the building.”

Great news. Now.......
Laura Ingraham made Hannity (and us) aware that many of Obama’s political employees changed their status from political appointee to civil service, so as to embed themselves as moles in DJT’s Administration.
By taking this action, they would then fall under the protection of Civil Service rules for dismissal.
So, what to do? Un-do it with an Executive Order: Any such status change made within the past 6 months is reversed, pending individual review.
Until all of these moles are routed out, mischief will persist.
The nicest man in politic’s finally gets tough.
Good decision AG Sessions.
God bless you.
Give the man a little time, he was just approved as AG by the Senate
I pray that it will. Those men are political prisoners and it’s astonishing it has been allowed to continue on.
