That is not the problem, fulfilling the contract is the easy part for a professional. The problem is the detainees are picky and will complain about the food, as they have in the past. Radical groups that support illegals will threaten and file lawsuits on their behalf. In the past complaints such as burritos not hot enough, don’t like sandwiches, ETC. The reason this contract includes Mexican food choices is because of complaints in the past.
Illegals will cross the desert with a water jug and vienna sausage but once in detention nothing is good enough for them and the radical groups will provide them with lawyers.

This is the kind of thing that really makes me angry.
People from those groups will provide lawyers to go after the contractors and the government for the quality of food, choices available, whether the burritos are served hot enough, and whether they like sandwiches or not.

I betcha I could make them HOT enough! I’d just go to my brother’s nursery in spring and get 2 plants of every kind of hot pepper known to man.
Plant them all together close spaced in a garden. The plant will go nuts cross-pollinating and produce peppers so hot you have to wear rubber gloves and goggles when working with them.
Dry them, remove the stems and the seeds, and finely grind what is left.
It’ll only take a shake or two in whatever they eat to blow the hair out of their nose at first gasp/snort. The next day their a$$hole will dry up and fall off.
I’m okay with feeding them the same breakfast every day, and the same for lunch and dinner. The rule should be if you’ve had that meal before, and you’re illegal, then you get deported before it’s served again, so no one could complain about the lack of variety.
Funny! I have a neighbor that grows that kind of peppers because he fried his taste buds years ago.
Pretty sure they were complaining about the serving temperature and not the spiciness.
Putting extra hot peppers in them and then serving them cold might make the lawsuit more entertaining, and very confusing though so you might actually be on to a solution.
I’d still do them the same.
They’re in AMERICA, they can be fed American food. A baloney sammich and a bottle of cheap a$$ water from Costco. They want Mexican food, raise your hand and demand to be deported immediately. I’m sure we can accommodate you. You can be eating Mexican cuisine before the sun sets.
MRE’s & iodine treated water. I’m sure there are stockpiles of these meals sitting in warehouses around the country. It’s time to cycle these through, fire up some factories, and replenish the older stock.
