1. Proving the GOP is incompetent will be a blood bath in the midterm elections in 2018.

2. Leaving O’Care on the books is thousands of invasive provisions in a law that only awaits the dems being in charge again.

3. I favor negotiating and getting as much good as we can and killing as much bad as we can.

4. My major issue, actually, is getting rid of “death panel” type provisions of OCare. Tax credit is peanuts next to those big brother issues in my opinion.

I'm not sure what your point is. The voters sent their Representatives and Senators to Washington to do a job. They either do their jobs, or they don't.

Note that I'm not even suggesting what the voters would actually want their government representatives to do in this particular case. I have a suspicion that the GOP has proposed an "ObamaCare lite" bill here because they believe their constituents are OK with most of ObamaCare's provisions. They're probably right about that. Those constituents just don't want to pay for what they're demanding, though.
