Where is the evidence of “modern typesetting functions and fonts”
Looks like typical Typewriter settings and fonts to me.

Basic forms were printed in mass. Then filled out by a typewriter.
At one time we had a BC provided by a science teacher in Kenya. From what I remember this looks similar. At least a couple of names are familiar

With a typewriter when filling oouta pre-printed form, you would scroll the form up to position it to fill in each line. I would look for height differences from line to line. I dont think a computerized form would have varying heights.

On the other hand, this could be a trwp.

We should not pretend there are no remaining typewriters.
