Are you referring to the form on which the information was entered, or the type style of the entries? The entries look like normal typewriter strokes to me. In particular, look at the weight line, where the lower case "d" in "pounds" appears to have been hit twice.
Looking across the typed lines, there are different degrees of darkness of certain letters, indicating that the typist had more skill with some fingers on the keyboard than others, striking with more force on the "T", "N", "Y" and "7" in particular, which are all convenienlly located under the index fingers.
If the characters do not look like typewriter technology to you, please city specific examples.
The form was probably typeset. I checked the weight and Kenya went metric in 1967 so pounds and ounces are viable. We’d need to see others to be sure.
