Streamline the internal and international intelligence gathering and crime solving by placing it under one roof. That way the existing empires will be one and will be talking to one another.
Article the fourth ... The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
There is no requirement for "absolute privacy", but there is both a God-given right and a legal requirement for absolute privacy except when a warrant is issued based on probable cause. I'd rather take the risk of terrorists getting around holes in government surveillance than take the risk of a thug (like Obama, Hillary, and many others on both sides of the political aisle) abusing government power.
So Comey is signing on to the Nancy Pelosi concept that—”if you breathe air, drink water... or otherwise interact with.... THE COURTS” that AG Sessions is no good. She said this— with her usual cracked pancake makeup falling— in support of the STATE... the all seeing the all knowing the all socialist and now all surveilled STATE.
Wasn’t it better when J.Edgar Hoover had the dossiers, while he pranced around... in private in a tutu? Who watches the watchers? This is some kind of rationalization for this dude. I mean... hitlery did no wrong, and huma is a hummer, but no matter about the law applying to them. He’s burnt toast.
No one has absolute security either, Comey. Just sayin’
