This piece of...legislation must be stopped. When we're through calling Congress, we need to call the White House at (202) 456-1111 and tell them to veto this piece of garbage.

Well I supported Trump since before he even announced his candidacy.

I did not support Ted Cruz. I supported Trump. 100%. And I think he is the ONLY PERSON IN WASHINGTON who seems to get it.

The only guy. On either side of the aisle.

The writing was on the wall when Ryan and McConnell were restored to their respective leadership positions. We are stuck with this millstone until the sheep wake up and figure out the wolf is their shepard.

Honestly, it was primarily about the supreme court, gun rights, and illegal immigration for me. I’m not losing any sleep over Obamacare one way or the other and I don’t want the Republicans rushing to failure.

I agree with you. Once I figured out a way around the ObamaCare requirements, I decided that this issue simply wasn’t all that important to me. I would rather the GOP do nothing than pass a bad “replacement” law.

Cruz was saying last week, “this is how one repeals Obamacare”, then, he ought to show everyone how it is done or else, he was just talking big.

Don’t you just love how this author pretends to have controlled what Donald Trump proposed and deigns to direct him on this matter, a bill which was created by Paul Ryan and assorted other NeverTrumpers?

Where were these geniuses before Trump? They’ve had years and years, but nothing. And this is still nothing, at their hands, not Trump’s. But, it’s still somehow all his fault. According to them.

Yes, it’s Trumps fault that Congress has more cucks than all of Sweden.

I know it sounds like Trump is signing off on this POS bill. During the transition, it sounded like Trump and Barko Oblahblah were BFFs too. Now Trump has lit the ex-pres on fire.

Time will tell who’s right but at this point, Trump get’s all the benefit of the doubt from me, and none for the useless, backstabbing, lying scum of Congress.

He will be known as the father of Trumpcare, whether he likes it or not, so he needs to make sure the GOP gets it right...and this proposal isn't it.

If if if if.....The current proposition ain’t going no place but back to the drawing board - won’t have near enough support to reach trump’s desk and will go in the waste basket if it does show up.

What appears to be forgotten by the GOP was the tremendous opposition to Obamacare in 2009(?) Over half of the states opposed it in court. The radical Leftist leadership imposed Obamacare on congressional rats who have been losing hugely ever since.

Obamacare was so bad that scotus had to rewrite it twice. No matter what the GOP congress does, we will be left with a court decision that empowers government to force us to buy a private product. Healthcare now, what in the future?

If congressional pubbies think splitting the Tar Baby in half will placate the people, they are wrong. The politically safe thing to do is repeal the monstrosity known as Obamacare.

We’re at a dangerous point in history. GOP reluctance to repeal Obamacare goes hand-in-hand with the Deep State shadow government; both exist to serve themselves and not the people.

We must reclaim our sovereignty.

Unfortunately, the Republicans have a virtually infinite ability to get the wrong message.

It’s Trump’s fault if he signs it.

“Repeal every word of Obamacare.” Very straightforward.
