Notwithstanding the hysterical title, the assertion of the video and its description posted here below, is that President Trump knew about the Wiki CIA dump.
If all is true as asserted, it means the CIA is going to go through one helluva overhaul. I sense and saw that President Trump respects and supports the work of the agency, and will preserve its mission.
But I sense the agency has a large cabal of embeds from the Obama years that must be ferreted out. How this is to be done is a topic of discussion.
I imagine the President may have given up hope that the embeds would play along with the new administration and has therefore thrown down the gauntlet.
But there is a larger observation here. The tools, trojans, malware, snooping, etc. were as the description alludes to, intended for terrorists, narco-terrorists, money launderers, etc. But somewhere along the way, these tools were converted under Obama for snooping on Americans and political opponents.
