Reminds me of something a friend who was in the Israeli army told me years ago.
He fought in the 1973 war.
He told me that when they defeated an enemy camp, they would always find hundreds of discarded boots left behind, because the Egyptians preferred to run in bare feet.
He also told me that they found out (from interrogating captured Egyptian soldiers) that the Egyptian officers would go home to their families on Friday evenings, leaving all the low-level soldiers by themselves at their forward positions.

He should be shown movies of what his followers did to some of their ISIS comrades who retreated from battle, just to warm him up.
Then he should be air-dropped into some remaining Christian village that has been abused by ISIS for a welcome party.
