You know sometimes what you are looking for is right in front of your nose, but you just fail to see it. That is what happened on the Rush Limbaugh show. While on air, Rush discovered an article, sharing it immediately with his audience. The article is from The New York Times, and I am sure many of us may have seen it. We receive so much news each day now, we fail to really take time to read it all. Who has that kind of time? I am glad Rush Limbaugh took the time to read it, as it has very important information in it. It helps to validate President Trumps accusations of the wiretapping of Trump Tower.
Rush said this: And I think in addition to whatever else these tweets are intended to accomplish, its also a direct line to the Democrat Party and Obama and members of the Obama administration that Trump is signaling, You dont face the usual feckless bunch of opponents who never fight you back. Youve got me here, and if youre gonna start lying about me, if youre gonna keep lying about me, Im not gonna sit here and take it.
But is that message grounded in reality, despite denials from Obama? Limbaugh says yes. In his program, he referenced a New York Times report about wiretap information being used as part of the Obama administrations probe of some of Trumps aides.
So it isnt unreasonable at all for Donald Trump to suspect that hes being tapped, that his aides are being tapped, at Trump Tower, said Limbaugh. We know that there were two FISA warrants that were issued starting last summer and then another one in October
. Its kind of unsettling.

Rush is still spending airtime validating the NYT. Sheesh. (I know he knows they are liars but it is so old school to keep glorifying these rags.)
It’s time to arrest Bonzo, Jarrett, Podesta and Clintoonie. They tried to use executive power from the office of the president to steal this election from Donald Trump.
Lol! Stolen.
Like Blacks can use the word “Nigga” at any time and in any venue, but all hell falls on others who use it even in quoting them.
So to the leftwing media establishment can report that the Obama regime is “wiretapping” Trump Tower, but President Trump cannot say the same thing.
That's just part of the leftwing’s war on free speech and even free thought, through control of the language and who can use which words.
As Orwell said, with them, “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”
Why use a third-hand link?
This click-bait loop is not helpful, IMHO.
President Trump put liberals in the situation of are lying now or were you lying then. If they got a warrant, I am sure they lied to get it and grossly overstepped the bounds of the warrant. They might have also executed a warrantless effort based on a total fabrication.
........another article I read on FR earlier today is probably nearer the truth than Rush. He was a whistleblower against NSA back in the early 2000’s.
He says NSA already has all these conversations of every man, woman and child in the US! They certainly have Trump’s. So, he says, the wire tap bs is just that, all Obama had to do was get the data from NSA! He went on to say that NSA is obligated to turn over to the POTUS any data they have upon request.
So, if he’s right, everything you hear about wiretaps is just bologna!
Wasn’t a shot at you. It was a response to your question: “Can’t anyone read anymore?”
SeekAndFind wrote: This means that even if we discovered that Obama DID indeed wiretap Trump, he would have broken no law because the law authorizes him to do so. We have allowed this power to go un-check such that an unscrupulous man in the White House can use it to torment his political opponent.
Keep in mind that Harry Reid thought he was pretty clever with his nuclear option. Now the democRATS are regretting it. Same can be said for SC1802 if in fact the Kenyan Kid uses it to defend his actions. It could end up being another tool in the Trump arsenal to help drain the swamp.
Thx. Appreciate the clarification.
You apparently didn’t read the whole section. Here are the next two criteria for the President to make such an order:
“...(i) the acquisition of the contents of communications transmitted by means of communications used exclusively between or among foreign powers, as defined in section 1801(a)(1), (2), or (3) of this title; or
(ii) the acquisition of technical intelligence, other than the spoken communications of individuals, from property or premises under the open and exclusive control of a foreign power, as defined in section 1801(a)(1), (2), or (3) of this title;
(B) there is no substantial likelihood that the surveillance will acquire the contents of any communication to which a United States person is a party; ...”
Can’t be used against U.S. persons AT ALL, and can only be used on completely foreign communication at both ends or limited to non-voice communications with an exclusively foreign property like an embassy or consulate.
Doesn’t mean it wasn’t ordered, just means that any such order executed on Trump Tower was ILLEGAL.
If there’s one thing that’s been proven over and over again, is that when the dems accuse the pubbies of something, you can bet they’ve done it and are afraid of being caught.
Do I believe that Russia would have been so ham-handed to have left direct fingerprints of their “hacking” on US systems? Not at all.
The whole Russia thing immediately brought back memories of the 2012 election, where Obama mocked and laughed at Romney for saying that Russia was the #1 geo-political opponent of the US. Then there was the open-mike moment with Medvedev, where Barky asked him to let Vladamir know he would be more flexible after the election. And then there was Barky’s regime selling 20% of America’s uranium reserves to Russian interests after donating plenty of money to the Clinton slush fund.
Realistically, Russian interests were probably quite disappointed that having such a push-over (OK, really a “bend-over”) regime in place wasn’t going to happen after the election.
