This AFP base article is very lacking in details. This IS NOT about coordination on military actions. Turkey is totally of the rails about their military actions. They killed our allies in SDF and civilians. It was done with Turkish and their related Arab Jihadi forces.

And remember the deal he made with ISIS for them to leave Al-Bab? Yes, he did. What were the terms of the deal? There were reports of him allowing ISIS to rebadge and rearm joining Turk allied militias.
