Well I know for a fact that when I worked for MediCal they were paying for abortions for 14 yr old girls. I’m sure they still do.

It frees up the OTHER money that CAN be used!!
Welfare money can't buy booze.
But it CAN be used to buy stuff to TRADE for booze.
