You know they did. The man is a Communist. NSA has records of every thing he has ever said on the phone or emailed, every web site he has ever accessed. If nothing else, child porn has been "found" on his computer. That is a charge that can be made against anyone with a computer or a smart phone. Inserting porn on a computer then busting the owner for having it there has a history already and it is almost impossible to defend against a child porn charge.
