It's obviously not the first crime committed by the lawless Obama administration, er, democrat crime family. Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary, Lynch, Holder, Clapper, Comey, Lerner, et al, are all lawless criminals.
Any body know the time lines for sure? When tapping occurred compared to date fisa warrant issued?
Does the First Amendment allow the press to participate in felonious espionage?
I’m hard pressed to think there has never been a law enacted to charge them when they go over the line.
This is gaining traction. FISA or no FISA warrant on an election will bury Obama and the entire party.

You know they did. The man is a Communist. NSA has records of every thing he has ever said on the phone or emailed, every web site he has ever accessed. If nothing else, child porn has been "found" on his computer. That is a charge that can be made against anyone with a computer or a smart phone. Inserting porn on a computer then busting the owner for having it there has a history already and it is almost impossible to defend against a child porn charge.
Funny you mention this...I just turned on Mark Levin’s show for first time in a long time....and your point is exactly what he’s discussing..
4) there was a FISA warrant but its limits and/or targets were exceeded.
5) There may have been a warrant that did not reference Trump, Trump Tower, or possibly even anyone in Trump’s circle.... i.e., a warrant for surveillance on one or more Russian banks or persons. It could well be that someone in the intel agencies exceeded the lawful limits, it’s not like that has never happened in history!
Trump better have some really good protection against really sophisticated methods of physical incapacitation. Considering the Pizza Party and all the child trafficking busts and all the illegal sabotage in the Bureaus and ...and...and- a large chunk of the Ruling Class stands to be divested of much wealth and time. They have access to some very advanced and subtle tools and Trump does not yet have control of the largest portion of the Executive Branch which is staffed by Leftists and a fair number of Moslems.
You have to get around or abolish Civil Service because a lot of placeholders are threatened and will do what they can to hinder and sabotage, to a far greater extent than the normal sabotage against any Republican President.
The really funny thing about all this is that if the Democrats hadn’t made the whole phony Russia story up and kept it going over the past five months, this part of it would probably never have emerged. Now, we have situations like the NYT reporter who reported in a front page article “wiretapping” of Trump just a month ago now denying that any such wiretapping occurred.
Clearly, we did have a non citizen as President. He never naturalized. Somehow he was given a USA passport for travel as our Senator. Someone had to die to cover that mess up in the passport office.
No American citizen uses fraudulent social security numbers (except in identity theft). No American fakes his selective service document.
His mom disappeared from Hawaii at 4 months pregnant. His father did not. His mom appears with newborn Barack in her hometown of Seattle. Obviously, the 17 year old girl with was sent to an unwed mother home to give her black baby (in 1960) up for adoption.
In her Seattle high school, when a girl got “in trouble,” she was sent to one of two such unwed homes in Vancouver. His mom was not supposed to keep the baby but she decided to keep him.
obama is a criminal before any of this happened. He has used the IRS against citizens. He lied about benghazi to get a second term.. he lied to the families... he would walk over anyone he had to to get what he wanted..... he lies with the ease of a professional ... he has elevated himself above anyone else.... he has brought thousands of illegals into our country and only .03% have been Christian... he is anti Christian and stands for everything that is wrong with a person... he uses and he abuses.... he emphasizes the wrong and has disdain for the good... he has no right to live on tax dollars. He is the picture of the rich man who “had his reward”.....
He has taken so much and given so little...given nothing.... he has forfeited his right to anything... and I hope he meets up with prison from all he has done... I’m sorry, but he is beyond bad.... why is he still free!

To me, it would make the most sense if most of the stuff being argued about was slipped over the heads of the legal folks (including fisa judges) and political staffers via an “expert” analysis presented to the fisa judges.
it only takes one technical “expert” to testify, with no alternative analysis required to be presented by the non-adversarial proceeding, for the entire process to be corrupted. if my understanding of the fisa proceeding is more or less correct(?), this could be the achilles’ heel of the entire process.
obama and his lieutenants would naturally gravitate to an achilles’ heel of any such proceeding in order to subvert it, i.e., in order to get the ends to justify the means.
it all depends on the definition of the word “valid”...
On The FIVE this evening, bob beckel went ballistic... he yelled... he praises obama and hates Trump.. how dare Trump do this to his obama.. and Dana was close to yelling.... she will not believe this about obama and thinks Trump is awful to say these things... but if it is true.... “it’s the end of our republic”... that’s how far fetched she thinks it is... but I believe it is true and i believe obama did it or knew it was being done.
And that’s where all the leaks have been coming from... from Comey, who is in on this also... and from obama, who passes it on so he won’t be charged with telling it.
I hope he has a hidden bunker.
