It's obviously not the first crime committed by the lawless Obama administration, er, democrat crime family. Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary, Lynch, Holder, Clapper, Comey, Lerner, et al, are all lawless criminals.

They were already doing what they were asking for in the FISA warrant. They just needed cover. When it got shot down, and they weren’t finding what they thought, and couldn’t PLANT anything without it being noticed, they went back to the FISA court to cover their tracks again.
I have no doubt that they were looking to PLANT evidence, not find any. Since the polls were going their way, they thought they had it in the bag, and there was no reason to plant evidence.

The other option to consider is that Foreign Intelligence monitored Trump for our Alphabets here. Its done all the time cause our laws are restrictive. We share data, they share data. It would be very hard to track that down then I think.
A Grand Jury needs to be instituted ASAP. This is a constitutional crisis. I hope Sessions gets on this immediately. American Patriots need to follow this closely and follow up with our Senators and Representatives.
A former NSA guy was just on Hannity and said the NSA and the whole Intelligence Community was basically at the behest of Obama and monitors every phone call, email, you name it on every American.
We knew this was going to happen when the Patriot Act was passed.
The NSA guy also said he knew a former STASI guy and he said our system would have been a dream system for the STASI. Here it was just waiting for a guy like Obama.
I agree with you. The 1st was to get to Trump. But Bammy is superior to our Constitution. The second was their cover up. They were getting nervous.
From what I understand the 1st FISA was after Trump and outside their jurisdiction. The 2nd was the Soviet stuff that is their jurisdiction.
But once Flynn, an American citizen, showed up in this stuff they needed a normal court warrant. They didn’t do it. A felony. THEN they leaked it. Another felony!

It the experts on Hannity assured that as it stands, even with warrants, serious felonies have been committed by high order people in the Obama admin, and there should be a special prosecutor asap and a grand jury drawn. There will be perp walks and jail time. Both those guys agreed on that. One said that Obama would not be going down but that “history would take care of him.” Gave me hope.

Frankly, I don’t think he was a citizen at all. I am betting he traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport. If Trump could get all those sealed records opened I think we would find that really and officially we had a foreign national illegally resident in the USA as US President for 8 years.
That will be resisted to the max and whatever deletion and shredding is possible will be done.
There was no way Clinton was going to lose to Trump either.
