I turned on the radio on the way into work (WEEI down here in Boston) and instead of talking about the specifics of the wiretapping and educating themselves and their listeners, the conversation went something like this:

KIRK: "He's stupid. Trump is stupid.

CALLAHAN: "I know."

KIRK: "He's stupid, and everyone is stupid who voted for him, they are 'low information voters...'

UNKNOWN FEMALE BROADCASTER: "Yes. He's stupid. They should take his phone away from him.

And so on. I listened for about two minutes. Not one word about the real issue of inappropriate and/or illegal surveillance, but the fact that Trump tweets is far more egregious.
