Obama’s National Intelligence Director James Clapper lied to Congress in March when he said the NSA does not spy on millions of Americans.....Edward Snowden later released classified documents that proved Clapper lied to Congress.
On Sunday Clapper denied reports that the Obama administration was spying on Donald Trump. The Hill reported:
Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper on Sunday denied President Trump’s allegations that former President Barack Obama wiretapped Trump Tower before the election.
During an interview on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” Clapper was asked if he would be aware if something like that had happened.
“I would certainly hope so … Obviously I can’t speak officially anymore,” Clapper said on NBC’s “Meet The Press.”
“But I will say that for the part of the national security apparatus that I oversaw as DNI, there was no such wiretap activity mounted against the president-elect at the time, as a candidate, or against his campaign.”

Obama wiretapped the parents of Fox News’s James Rosen — with no legal authority that I know of.
He illegally used the IRS to punish political opponents.
He illegally used an executive order to give amnesty to “Dreamers” — a power even he admitted he didn’t have.
He and Eric Holder intervened ion the ongoing case against the New Black panthers to end the prosecution — after the Bush Administration had essentially gotten them convicted.
So why wouldn’t he wiretap Trump, with or without a warrant?

There’s a lot of wiggle room in that denial.

He’s basically a suicide-bomber, con artist, Manchurian Candidate all rolled into one.
He’s all about destruction. I have never seen so many people fooled by someone more committed to destroying their country.

That some people cannot detect even a little wrong with him and have no ability to discern bothers me more than anything.
The MSM wants it both ways. When it hurts Trump, Trump Tower was wiretapped. When Obama is indicted over illegally wiretapping Trump Tower, it never happened.
