Go ahead and eat. Be normal. Get you some real maple syrup
from Canada & grind some raw heritage wheat kernels in a
hand grinding mill. Use the resulting rough flour mixed with
a beaten egg, a little baking powder (non-aluminum!), a tiny
bit of salt & a bit of buttermilk. Use the batter to make
a great big pancake. Split it with the husband & top with
real butter & the maple syrup. Grinding the wheat uses up a
few calories. - You’ll soon quit being so derned ill natured. - Oh. Yeah. and shut up!!
