It's still pretty interesting if the wiretap warrant was obtained via perjury or fraud on the court.
They figured they’d win and none of this would ever see the light or day.
AND their friends in the MSM were telling them sixteen times a day that they were going to win, it was a mathematical certainty they were going to win, Trump was over, Trump was a joke, Trump had no chance, Trump was easy to beat.
And they believed it! They believed it all!
One addition thing. Remember in the last debate when Mike Wallace, tried to make Trump pledge to accept the results of the election. Not only was everyone certain that Clinton would win but they were also certain that Trump would contest the election. They were looking for anything to discredit him in case he would not meekly accept his fate. He won and their world fell apart.
It could also get interesting if it were shown that an Obama judge approved the warrant without adequate justification.
Your item 2) applies, because 0 went beyond the scope of the October FISA; took it from just looking at a bank, to looking at President Trump’s comms- both home & office.
President Trump said that it is a FACT that Obama tapped his phone lines.
He does not mention FISA or judges or any court.
It was Obama acting alone.
Those are the facts.
Remove them regardless.
