I hate to ask...would Attorney General Jeff Session’s previous recusals prohibit him from overseeing an investigation into Obama’s wiretapping of Trump?
He can't oversee an investigation into Obama's wiretapping of Trump because his own calls and e-mails with the Trump campaign were probably intercepted.
He didn't recuse himself because he did anything wrong. He recused himself because he might be a witness for the prosecution.
