FISA court judges are as corrupt and ineffective as their 99.92% warrant approval rate suggests. However, it nevertheless is true that Holder was known for perjuring himself in warrant applications, and the FISA judge probably coached the affiants telling them what facts to leave out of the application to allow it to slither through.
