I'm asking your help to leave considerate comments on the ABA site stating your public outrage that the plain language of our laws is blatantly usurped by the judiciary.
The laws don’t apply to judges, evidently. They are above the laws that the rest of us must follow. How absolutely un-American!

Whether it is true our not, the accusation has been made..THEREFORE an independent PROSECUTOR needs to be appointed.

Actually, I’d go to the state bar association and ask for a review by them on the judge’s behavior. Ethically, he’s done something that will be deemed disrespectful of federal law. I could see him being easily disbarred. That would send the correct signal across the state to others who might be that stupid.
Did she have contact with him earlier? A little playtime in chambers? Did the crimillegal have something to blackmail her with?
And the judge should be left to rot off the noose, in order to give me time to get a concession liquor license for selling beer to people from around the country standing in line waiting to piss on her bloated and maggot infested carcass.

As the fourth generation of my family to have been lifelong residents of Massachusetts I can guarantee you that many of the state's residents exactly fit your description.In fact,I'd say the majority do.But not "all" of us.
So,could it be that the majority (but not *all*) American lawyers are psychopaths and that the majority (but not *all*) of residents of Massachusetts are as you described?
