Trump quietly signed an Executive Order to rescind Obama’s EO that named a certain Deputy AG to take over all investigations, should there be a recusal.
This was reported Live on FoxNews, yesterday. The AG Sessions is now free to name one of the independent deputies outside of DC to step in strictly on any investigation against the Trump campaign “allegations”.
Obama had removed the four independent Deputy AG’s from a list of choices, in order to ensconce his Lefty Deputy as the only choice. Thank God Trump lawyers discovered it and such a move was quickly reversed.
