Trump quietly signed an Executive Order to rescind Obama’s EO that named a certain Deputy AG to take over all investigations, should there be a recusal.
This was reported Live on FoxNews, yesterday. The AG Sessions is now free to name one of the independent deputies outside of DC to step in strictly on any investigation against the Trump campaign “allegations”.
Obama had removed the four independent Deputy AG’s from a list of choices, in order to ensconce his Lefty Deputy as the only choice. Thank God Trump lawyers discovered it and such a move was quickly reversed.
I don’t like it either, but according to Trey Gowdy it was acceptable and narrow in scope.
Sessions is free to blow up the Left with investigations if he wants to, on any and all other fronts, it seems to me, except strictly for the investigation of Trump campaign people plotting with Russia, and since there is no THERE there, Sessions recusal is I believe pretty mute and without effect.

This deputy AG ensconced by Obama was another one of his last minute EO’s that went unannounced.
On March, Laura Ingraham and Jay Seculow were pressing concerns about this EO, on Hannity.
The very next day (yesterday) FOX reported it rescinded, by Trump. When it was actually taken care of I didn’t hear, but it was announced yesterday, to relieve concerns.
This deputy AG ensconced by Obama was another one of his last minute EO’s that went unannounced.

I think a lot of republicans like me have been SO conditioned to seeing our loser pubbie leaders being played by the dems and the press over and over and over for so many decades....
...it’s like we’re scared to even contemplate Trump has these assholes by the balls, nevermind believe it and confidently voice it.
Many STILL cower in fear for the next big dem/media story that will finally doom Trump.
I admit I’ve also felt that way, but what I’m watching is something different and wonderful!
