Foul or false? I get the idea, either way, just never heard the term “foul outrage.” Faux, false, sure. Foul is of similar ilk I suppose, at least I take it that way.

Agreed, “foul” was a weird choice of words. But my ears and the closed-caption transcript have it as “foul.”

I’ve found from watching Kasie over the months that she occasionally stumbles on her words and phrasing. But as you suggest, she got her point across.

i would rather assign “foul” to the stinking odour kind of definition....How about Stinking Outrage?
