Because of the war crimes committed by Obama and NATO in Libya,jihadism has descended from Libya into parts of Africa. North, West and central Africa are under threat by Islamofascists. Northern Nigeria is one example , with Bokoharam. This article mentions SpecWar plans to combat jihadism. we won't hear much more than this.
Mattis likely will annahilate the Islamofascist scourges of Africa. (Its unsusal to have this mention of Operation Flintlock in a budget article, a signal.)

I pray that our military does not have to suffer under the ridiculous rules of engagement that Obama hobbled them with.
The rules of engagement should be similar to those used in WW2 and wars before.
