I think ISIS are evil beyond belief, but this sounds sensationlistic and absurd. The DM is no longer considered a valid source by Wikipedia because they have apparently history of distorting or altering the facts for the sake of a narrative.
Obviously we will not be seeing this on the evening news.

I remember news of an ISIS slaughterhouse for humans a few months ago. The butcher stated that old men have heads that are easy to sever, whereas younger men require more effort. The link above is not the report I remember seeing, but covers the same ground.
