Believe it or not, despite many decades of being incredibly powerful and wealthy, and getting his way on just about everything of consequence in his life, President Trump is truly humbled by his new position. I think that he has great respect for the various protocols of the office, as well as for the responsibilities of his demanding schedule. But he is such a patriot that he could not resist the opportunity of meeting with these incredible men, and spending more time with them, and most of all giving them something to remember. Good on him, and good for us.

Honestly, if I were in his position, I would find it very difficult to resist doing the same thing or something very similar just about every single day. It must take a lot of discipline to stick with his schedule when anybody working for him will jump to fulfill his every order, but that is what he has been doing for his entire life. He is a businessman, and he knows that if he doesn’t do things, they will not get done. Of course, you do get the smell the roses along the way sometimes. Again, good on him and good for us.
